| I used to work on the Z all weekend, and after a hot shower be right back on my feet. The last burst of Z-work I finished last week left me sore for days. To make life easier, I picked up a Campbell Hausfeld compressor on sale. One of the maintenance instructions on the impact gun didn't make sense though, so I figured I'd double-check: Aside from pouring 1/4 ounce of oil in the air intake and allowing that to be expelled through the air exhaust, the manual recommends filling the gun's guts with 1 ounce of oil, running it for 20 seconds then draining the oil out...and not refilling! Shouldn't some oil be left inside the mechanism? Also, the Auto shutoff limits pressure to 125psi in the tank. Is that usually a respectable level? What pressure do you usually run when tackling your average lugnuts and suspension bolts?
